Landlord looking to rent a 2-bed lower and 1-bed upper duplex as a single-family home. As a house, it would have 3 beds,2 baths, and 2 kitchens on a double lot. The 2-bed lower will be available 6/1. The 1-bed upper will be available 8/1. When that unit becomes available, I want the lower unit to take over the upper 1-bed unit. The lower unit will rent for $1050 for two months. When the upper unit becomes available, the entire rent will be $2000 for the upper and lower combined.
