FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL CAUSE SEVERE HUMIDITY AND MOLD TO GROW IN THE APARTMENT AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES. Florida oceanfront is very humid and moisture gets inside the walls causing mold to grown in just hours and the repairs are very costly. Thank you You must also acknowledge Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $2000. The Condo also can be book for minimum 10 days. Charges will be per day $159 plus tax. Available from June 15, 2026 Until December 31, 2026

Valet parking is available at $10 a day if you pay in advance at the time of booking. Minimum stay is 10 days, 4 people Max.
