The kitchen is equipped with brand new cabinets, state-of-the-art appliances, white quartz counters, and a stylish tile backsplash. The first bedroom offers a Queen bed and 2 Twin beds, along with a private laundry area and a full bathroom with a bathtub shower combo. The lower level houses the second bedroom, a private sanctuary with its own ensuite bathroom featuring a large shower with two shower heads and a bench, and a Queen size bed. A Twin sleeper ottoman in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
On-site outdoor parking is available for 1 vehicle per unit in a private gated lot. Paid parking structures are located within walking distance, approximately a 5-minute flat walk away, with rates expected to be around $50 per day during the ski season. Shared amenities include 2 outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, fitness equipment, and heated, indoor ski locker rooms.
Ski Time Square is situated at the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, offering a walkable experience to the slopes, restaurants, shops, and local transportation. The edge of the ski slopes is approximately 150 meters away, and ski lockers are available at the entrance. Restaurants and shops are abundant in the base area. For access to supermarkets or downtown Steamboat, a free city bus picks up about 200 meters from the building. Shuttles for tours and activities outside of town are also readily available, making a car unnecessary.
This is a PET FREE property. Pets and service animals are NOT PERMITTED in the property or on the premises due to pet allergies. Violation of this policy may result in fundamental alteration of the property's nature and potential health and safety risks. This is a NON-SMOKING property; smoking, vapor devices, incense, or any other material is strictly prohibited within the property. Violation of this policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty about property use. A "High Occupancy Fee" of $10 per person per night applies for each guest over the standard occupancy of 4 people. The maximum occupancy of the property is 7. The Reserving Party and all adults in the group must be at least 30 years old; groups with adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval. Bachelor/bachelorette groups, Triple Crown groups, or groups visiting for athletic events must inquire for approval. Shared amenities are managed by the HOA and their availability may vary seasonally or due to maintenance. Guests are responsible for reviewing and signing a rental agreement after booking. Cancellations resulting from violation or ignorance of House Rules will result in a cancellation processing fee of at least $100.
The second bedroom includes an armchair and a desk, with a bay window that can serve as a workspace.
The owners have recently created an all-new game room designed for hours of fun and friendly competition, featuring a Foosball table, arcade-style video games, an electronic dart board, and a giant wall-mounted Connect Four.
