This condo spans over 1100 square feet and features a bonus loft space. The entry level includes a bedroom, a full bathroom, a kitchen with granite counters, new cabinets and appliances, a living and dining room, and a large balcony with amazing views. The upper level contains a second bedroom, another full bathroom, and the loft bedroom overlooking the living room. Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
On-site outdoor parking is available for 1 vehicle per unit. Paid parking structures are within a 5-minute walk, with rates expected to be around $50 per day during the ski season. Street parking is limited to 2 hours.
Ski Time Square is ideally situated at the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, making everything walkable. Trails, slopes, ski school, restaurants, shops, and local transportation are all within easy reach. A free city bus picks up approximately 200 meters away, providing access to downtown Steamboat and beyond. Shuttle services are also available for excursions outside of town.
The elevator nearest this unit is currently out of service; an alternate elevator is available on the west side of the building. Accessing this property requires stairs, with a half-flight required from parking/drop-off points and between the entrance and the elevator. This is a Pet Free property, and pets and service animals are not permitted. This is a Non-Smoking property; violation of this policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited.
