Lease terms

Minimum 12-month lease required. Owner pays for water and trash service. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities, including electricity, gas, internet, cable, and any other applicable services. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A security deposit is required before move-in. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the home. No pets are allowed. Tenant must maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition and promptly report any maintenance issues. Unauthorized occupants, subletting, or short-term rentals (including Airbnb or similar services) are not permitted without written approval. Renters insurance is required before move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term. Applicants are subject to a background, credit, income, and rental history verification.
