No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots.
Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet, and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach, offering close proximity to many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you can reach almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes. The property is also conveniently located just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport.
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the building parking lots. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners regarding parking. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable sound level.
