Golf Colony Deerfield is a quiet and comfortable resort ideally located in the heart of Surfside Beach. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you'll be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes. The property is also conveniently located 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport.
Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. The maximum occupancy for this property is 5 people, including infants and children. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. Do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc. Each unit is allowed 1 parking space; all others must park in overflow parking. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
