Located in the quiet and comfortable Golf Colony Deerfield resort, this condo is ideally situated in the heart of Surfside Beach. It's just 1.5 miles from the closest beach access, putting you within 15 minutes of most South Strand locations. Myrtle Beach International Airport is a 15-minute drive away.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Guests must be 25 or older to rent. No pets or smoking are permitted inside the condo. Routine pest control treatment is scheduled for the 4th Thursday of each month and requires technician access to the unit; refusal of entry may result in a fine. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool area, and children under 12 require adult supervision. Portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. All garbage should be secured in bags and deposited in designated dumpsters. No flammable or hazardous materials are permitted in units. Common areas should not be obstructed. Each unit is allowed one parking space; overflow parking is available. The pool is open from 9 AM to 11 PM.
The property is treated for pests on the 4th Thursday of each month. Technician access to the unit is required, and refusal may result in a fine.
