RATES & PARKING Monthly (30-day) rental rate starts at $1,850 plus Hawaii tax at 17.75% and varies depending on the season, holidays, long weekends and duration of the rental. One time cleaning/set up fee is $160. Refundable security deposit in the amount of $700 is required to hold a reservation, and a full payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. Studio rental DOES NOT include free parking; however, I will be happy to recommend several nearby options for guests to make parking arrangements on their own. NO IN-UNIT SMOKING and NO PETS!
