Therefore, we are looking for a tenant/ couple who will be compatible with our family. We are easy going and respectful, so we are looking for the same. We have a friendly dog, chickens, ducks, and bee's, as well as extensive gardens. We enjoy outdoor fires and live a beach lifestyle, with one of Santa Cruz County's best beaches within 300 steps from the property. We are flexible on the lease term and would consider from 1 month to potentially a year. Here are the details: 1. 610 SF free standing cottage with private backyard. 2. Fully furnished with sheets, towels, kitchen appliances, couch, TV, king sized bed, wall art/ tasteful decor, and much more. 3. No onsite parking but plenty of street parking. 4.
