This is a beautiful, quiet historic urban neighborhood. Tenants must be respectful of upstairs and adjacent neighbors. Owner pays for garbage and provides garbage, yard debris and recycling bins and general yard maintenance. Tenant is free to grow vegetables and flowers and enjoy the yard. Tenant is responsible for water, gas, electricity. No smoking permitted in the building or within 10 ft of the property. Owner to supply picture hooks to hang artwork from picture molding. No holes to be be made in the walls. On street parking. Rent is due on the first of each month. There is a 5 day courtesy grace period, after that there is a $50 per day late charge.
