It is close to shopping and only 21 miles from Atlanta. Park tenancy is required, and the park will work with credit issues if there is stable and verifiable monthly income and good rental history. The home cannot be moved and must remain in the community. Section 8 is not accepted. Move in fees required: Application fee: $50.00 per person over 18. Lease signing fee: $100.00. NO WALK-INS. Appointments for walkthroughs can be made via this posting. Please have verifiable income ready to download into your Rent Butter application. This must include all of your most current and consecutive pay stubs dated within the last 2 months. If you do not include 2 months of requested income, you will have to reapply. 5-year lot agreement with lien on title, home cannot be moved from park for the 5-year lot lease agreement. Only 2 pets are permitted per unit. You must submit rabies vaccination records at lease signing for each animal, and pets must be within breed and size restrictions. This must include all of your most current and consecutive pay stubs dated within the last 60 days. If you are self-employed, you must show how you pay yourself from the business and choose the "verify by bank account" option during the application process. Link your bank account information so underwriting can see deposits of your income. Any current outstanding debts, utilities, or other financial obligations are considered in the approval process. We may ask for an additional deposit based on financial capability. Power is through Greystone Power; water is paid through the park. A $100 lease signing fee is due prior to move-in.
