This is a non-smoking property, and smoking is prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, and in the community. A $600 penalty will be charged for treatment and odor removal. Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed, and any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation and a $500 penalty. Guests are strictly prohibited from contacting or communicating with the building's leasing office or staff; all concerns and requests must be communicated through the host. Contacting the leasing office may result in the termination of your reservation. Maintenance may enter the unit to fix issues, with a 24-48 hour allowance depending on urgency. The cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest who cleans up after themselves. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Noise violations will incur an $80 penalty, with quiet hours starting at 10:00 pm on weeknights and 11:00 pm on weekends. Trash violations will also incur an $80 penalty.
