Lease terms

Lease Duration The lease term shall be for a period of twelve (12) to thirty-six (36) months. Requests for shorter-term leases may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a short-term lease is desired, the prospective tenant must express interest in writing prior to lease execution, and approval is not guaranteed. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the dwelling, including all interior living spaces, hallways, and common areas. Tenants shall be responsible for any damage, odor remediation, or cleaning costs resulting from violation of this policy. Parking Policy Tenant is entitled to one (1) reserved parking space. Upon request, visitor parking tags may be issued to accommodate additional vehicles, subject to availability and property regulations. All vehicles must be properly registered, operational, and parked only in authorized areas. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be subject to towing at the tenant's expense. Pet Policy Pets are allowed. Tenants are responsible for all pet-related damages, noise disturbances, and waste removal.
