Relax inside after exploring, or get work done with fast Wi-Fi. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for your every need, ensuring you can stay in and save money by cooking. The spacious bed promises a great night's sleep. Parking is available directly behind the home and there is a private entrance to the unit with self check-in capacities through a lockbox. You will be located near Lake Texoma, Downtown Sherman, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, and Sherman Town Center. The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $200. We do NOT allow pets, and it is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, there will be a $50 fee for a new gate key fob or unit entry key fob. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and must be approved. Late check-outs must be approved by the management team, or you will be automatically charged for the next night's stay at the listing's full price. We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location. Texas is a hot and humid climate that causes a lot of bugs. Bugs can get into the space. We do regular exterminations to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds are given if bugs are seen. Maintenance requests are handled by the property management maintenance team and guests are asked to be patient and understanding. Blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the "non-emergency" maintenance category. If it is not considered an emergency by property management standards and if maintenance isn't able to get there in time to fix it right away, no refunds will be given. The linen and towels are always freshly laundered between every guest visit. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer. Trash day is Sunday; please gather all trash and put it in the trashcan and roll it to the street latest by Sunday evening. Please ONLY flush toilet paper down the toilet and nothing else. Everything else goes into the trashcan. Please keep the temperature at 75 in the summer and 72 in the winter. Fast Wi-Fi is available inside for you to work to your heart's content.
