Parking is available directly behind the home and on the street in front of the house, with a 3-car maximum. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. You will be located near Lake Texoma, Downtown Sherman, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, and Sherman Town Center. Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. Early check-ins at 2pm are available for a $20 fee and must be approved by the host. Late checkouts are available for a fee of $25 for a 1pm checkout requested the day before, or $35 for a same-day request, and must be approved by the management team. Staying past the 10am checkout time without approval will result in a charge for the next night's stay. Communication with neighbors and the landlord is not permitted; all communication must be through the booking platform. A $500 fine will be issued for lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints. Guests may see bugs in the home due to the hot and humid climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Maintenance requests are dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are service animals. A $35 fee will apply if the key is not returned or is damaged. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced, with a $250 fine for parties, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having unreported extra guests. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash; each additional bag over that is a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning; trash cans should be moved out Monday evening. There is a strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING rule, with a $150 fine for tampering with the smoke/noise detector. Freshly laundered linens and towels are provided between guest visits. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries are provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond the initial supply. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can for trash day. Fast Wi-Fi is available for you to work to your heart's content.
