Rental Requirements Stable rental history No recent evictions Stable, verifiable source of income Monthly income of at least 3 times the rent Established rental history together (for unmarried applicants) Decent credit history No recent criminal history Application fee: $50 per occupant age 18 or older Security deposit equal to one month's rent Move-in costs are typically the first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Applicants who do not meet all standard requirements but are otherwise approved may be required to pay additional deposits or provide additional qualifying documentation. Pet Policy: Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to owner approval. Approval is based on size, weight, temperament, and breed restrictions. Approved pets require a one-time, non-refundable pet fee starting at $250 and may increase based on the pet. Service and assistance animals are not considered pets and will not incur pet fees.
