Lease terms

The rental application requires a $35 background check fee per person (18 years and older), with a 12-month lease. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, and there's a washer and dryer hookup only. Basement is not available for use only to change filter and electrical panel. Additionally, smoking is not allowed. Pet by owner approval and monthly pet fee. If you have any more questions or need assistance, feel free to ask. Tenant Screening Disclosure: Prior to processing any application, we disclose the types of information used for screening, including credit, criminal, rental, and employment history. Criteria that may result in denial include, but are not limited to, poor credit history, past evictions, or negative references. We may use a consumer report from a third-party agency, and applicants have the right to obtain a free copy of the report and dispute any inaccuracies. We do accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports made available by a consumer reporting agency, provided they are current and meet our criteria.
