Located in Surfside Beach's Golf Colony, this condo is just 1.5 miles from the beautiful Surfside Beaches and conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The resort is ideally located in the heart of Surfside Beach, putting you almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes.
Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Check-out is at 10 AM. The spiral staircase to the loft bedroom is not safe for toddlers. No pets are allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Events are not allowed. Guests must be 25 or older to book. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. Portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. No flammable fluids, explosive or flammable materials, or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. Each unit is allowed 1 parking space; all others must park in overflow parking. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots.
