Located in Surfside Beach's Golf Colony Resort, this condo is just 1.5 miles from the beautiful Surfside Beaches. It's a quieter and more family-friendly alternative to Myrtle Beach, yet still conveniently located 15 minutes from the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and Myrtle Beach's restaurants and attractions.
Routine pest control treatment may be scheduled during your stay, typically on the 4th Thursday of the month. The technician will knock before entering and will complete the treatment in a few minutes. Entry refusal may result in a fine. Guests must be 25 or older to book. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. No portable grills are permitted on balconies or patios. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. No flammable fluids or hazardous materials are permitted in units. Common areas should not be obstructed with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. Each unit is allowed 1 parking space; all others must park in overflow parking. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate. A copy of a valid photo ID is required for verification and liability purposes.
The property provides linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and dishwasher and laundry pods, and bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Beach and pool towels are not provided.
