Two bedroom duplex in a quiet residential neighborhood. No smoking. No pets. One year lease. One month deposit. Trash, water and sewer included. Renter pays for Electric and Gas. On site Laundry. Aslo note: I have been made aware that scammers are trying to get people to send them money for various properties on Zillow. Beware of SCAMMERs. I am the owner of this property and have been for years. I do not have anyone else manage it for me so if you are not talking to me then you are likely talking to a scammer. I do not require anyone to send money to me for the application process. I have an online provider that processes my application/background checks and the applicant would pay them directly. I don't even typically give the application information out until after i have given a showing of the place. So if someone is trying to get you to send them money for an application or anything else DON'T do it. It's almost certainly a scam. This goes both ways. SCAMMERS also pose as potential renters to try to get information about a property's application process etc. so I am also wary of potential renter SCAMMERS so if i don't give you application information before I've even shown the place to you please understand there is a reason for it. Most scammers do not show up for an in person viewing. If you are interested in this property you can contact me through Zillow to setup a showing and afterwards when I know I'm talking to a real person and you know you are dealing with the owner (me) we can talk about the application process.
