One year lease. We do a credit report and a criminal background check. $30.00 non-refundable application fee. Also, we collect $200.00 up front. If application is approved, we deposit the money into a utility escrow account to ensure payment of the water bill upon move out. If the application is rejected, we refund the $200.00 to you. The rental price quoted is the price if the rent is paid on time by the first of the month. The actual amount of rent is $50.00 more. If paid on time, we give you a $50.00 discount. The security deposit is the full amount of the rent. So your move in costs are, first month's rent of $1097, security deposit of $1147, the $200 utility deposit, the $30 application fee, and first month's trash removal of $15. This totals $2489. Once again. NO SMOKING NO PETS This is the only way we can provide CLEAN! units. We are a no nonsense landlord. We are not looking for a party crowd!
