Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges may be pressed for criminal trespass, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at the sole discretion of the host. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking and lighting anything in this property is not allowed, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing team members, will result in termination of the reservation without refund. The host retains complete control of the property and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest has done or intends to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the reputation of the property. If there is any reason to believe the guest intends to throw a party, they will be denied entry. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If the host incurs security, fire department, police fees, or other costs arising out of or in connection with the guest's behavior at the property, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
