Guests will have exclusive access to a private 400 sq ft rooftop deck. Exclusive access to four parking spots behind the building is included, which can fit four full-size trucks. Supplies can be loaded and unloaded directly into the elevator from the parking area. Paid add-ons are not specified. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, this building is located next door to a popular brewery and cider house. The central location provides easy access to city attractions and amenities. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent and may be considered criminal trespassing, potentially leading to prosecution. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and open flames are not allowed anywhere on the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior towards staff will also result in reservation termination. The property owner retains the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation.
