Smoking and lighting anything, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior towards team members will also result in reservation termination without refund. The property retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is a belief that the guest may harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 may be collected. Cleanup of human biomaterial will incur a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Excessive pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
