Unfortunately, this property is not approved for any voucher programs. Applicants must have a minimum of $3600 (ish) in gross monthly income (for furnished) or $3000 in gross monthly income (for unfurnished). All applicants must have no rental violations, satisfactory references from former landlords, no felonies in the past 5 years, and good credit (score of 650 or higher) to qualify. Damage deposit of $1295/$1150 is due on signing; first month's rent of $1295/$1150 plus non-refundable pet deposit (if applicable) is due before move-in. Tenants are also responsible for lawn maintenance (lawn mower, manual hedge trimmers, and edge trimmer are provided.) Rather not do the lawncare? No problem! I can give you the number for my landscaper. (This will be your expense, however.) This home is currently rented. Tours will begin on Sunday, August 16 to qualified applicants who meet all criteria stated in the ad.
