Neighborhood : a quiet neighborhood tucked across the street from fashion place mall! Park near by and everyone out walking their dogs and super friendly

Yard: we rented it to family prior so we had to re do to the landscape and put seeds in both front and back. Grass is coming in nice.

Quarterly -ac unit/furnace check ups and filters. We will expect tenants to call us if not working properly and let us figure out any issues.
