Lease terms

Lease Term * Flexible lease terms available from 1 month up to 12 months. * Month-to-month and longer-term leases are available. Utilities * Owner pays for water, electricity, high-speed internet, and lawn maintenance. * Electricity is included up to $200 per month. * Any electricity usage exceeding $200 per month will be billed to the tenant. Security Deposit * For long-term leases, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent. * Deposit requirements for shorter-term stays may vary. Smoking * No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the property. Pets * Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet. * The maximum number of pets permitted is determined based on the breed, size, and overall suitability of the animals. * All pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. General * Lawn care is provided by the owner. Tenants are responsible for keeping the yard free of personal belongings and pet waste so scheduled maintenance can be performed. * All occupants must comply with the terms of the lease and maintain the property in good condition throughout the tenancy. * Additional lease terms and property rules may apply and will be provided before signing.
