Zillow application required. First month rent, security deposit and signed lease required prior to move-in. Rent includes heat, hot water, water, trash, sewer, and natural gas. All units are wired for high speed internet which, along with electric, is the responsibility of the tenant. Parking is on-street and in overnights lots. There are multiple free lots under 1 block away. No laundry in building, multiple laundromats located nearby. 10 and 12 month leases available. The listed price is the per month rent and reflects a 12 month lease term with one or two occupants. One animal per unit is permitted. Pets require additional fees and manager approval. All animals must be declared and listed in the lease contract. We do a credit check and applicants with a score under 650 must have a co-signer on their lease agreement. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
