Lease terms

Owner will pay for: -Internet -Electric -Gas -Garbage pickup -Snow Plowing -(1) 4 hour cleaning per month -Lawn Mowing -Caretaker Owner does not pay for: -Additional cleaning -Damage caused by renter -Lock outs General Rules in addition to the ones stated in the lease: -The property manager shall serve on behalf of the owner and must be provided access, prior notice will be given to the renter -There is no subletting or re-renting to an individual, group or organization - Renter listed on the lease will forfeit the rental, security deposit and rent already paid -The renter on the lease cannot rent the house for an individual under the age of 25 -Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes are ONLY allowed outside and not in the house -Any gathering of more then 7 individuals must receive prior permission of the landlord -No inflatable mattress, sleeping bags, tents are allowed inside or outside the house -In accordance with state law: +the consumption of alcohol on the property by minors is prohibited +illegal drugs is prohibited-No commercial photography -All occupancy must abide by all town ordinances -Renter shall see to: + their own security while on the property by locking doors and windows, etc + extinguishing all candles, not leaving any lit candles unattended -Parking for 2 cars in the driveway, plus one car in the garage ~ there is no off street parking -No bonfires or fireworks allowed inside and outside the property -Small pets may be allowed but must be approved by owner
