Just down the road, you will find nice lakes with canoeing trails. You have quick access to I-67 to go to Little Rock. The Airforce base is close by. South of Jacksonville, you will come to Sherwood, then North Little Rock, and down to Little Rock. Just to the north, you will enter the small community of Cabot. Dogs welcome, maximum of three, no other pets will be accepted, to include cats.! Month-To-Month Available. and demand. Application Fee: $65.00 per adult over 18 years old. Income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent. Minimum credit score of 680 is required. Exceptions may be granted if the home is a corporate lease, as a third party payer for the tenants or occupants. Security Deposit and other applicable fees, to include dogs, will apply based on trip length and may change based on the application information provided. Any stays under 30 days a 13.5% occupancy tax will apply. Nightly and weekly stays may be available based on a 5 day minimum. Call for availability.
