This private bedroom is for One (1) Person Only. This is a Shared House, located on a 119-acre sculpture park and artist colony. Includes the use of all living areas within the house, but does not include the use of other studios, shops, buildings, facilities, etc on campus. Artist studios and shop spaces/access are available separately at a discount. Includes all Utilities: The house is heated by a wood stove. Tenant is required to help with household chores on a rotating schedule, including household cleaning and bringing in firewood during the winter heating months. Please provide some information about yourself, your portfolio, and include two references from your previous residences.
