Lease terms

The lease will be structured as a one-year agreement, providing stability and consistency for all residents. Tenants will benefit from predictable monthly expenses, with a flat utility fee of $50 for water and $125 for electricity, eliminating fluctuations in utility costs. To maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited within the premises. Additionally, this is a no-pet property. Applicants must meet standard qualification requirements, including a minimum credit score of 600 and a gross monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Prior to move-in, tenants are required to submit a security deposit along with the first month's rent. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and professional leasing experience for all parties.
