Lease terms

The lease duration is a minimum of 12 months. All utilities, including electricity, water, gas, and internet, are the tenant's responsibility. The landlord provides landscaping services and AC maintenance. The tenant is responsible for basic upkeep, such as changing light bulbs and handling minor items. The property must be returned in the same condition as it was received. A security deposit is due at the time of signing. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including recreational drugs, vapes, and medicinal marijuana. Pets are allowed, with a maximum of two pets per household. Breed restrictions may apply. A one-time pet fee of $200.00 is required. Renters insurance is mandatory and must be provided before the keys are released. Two assigned parking spaces are included in the rent.
