The open-plan living area boasts vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light from skylights, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy meals at the dining table for 4 or at the kitchen peninsula with bar stool seating. Step out onto the covered balcony overlooking the pool, and find a full-sized washer and dryer in the utility closet for your laundry needs. The downstairs master suite includes a queen bed, a private en-suite bathroom with hallway access, and a large closet. Upstairs, the loft suite offers 2 queen beds, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom. One dedicated parking space is available in front of the condo, and a parking pass must be displayed at all times. An overflow lot is available across the street next to the tennis courts for additional vehicles. The pool deck with grills is a shared space. Linens for all beds and bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are provided, along with a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry and dish pods. Pool access is available from 9 am to 10 pm. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age require a parent or guardian to be present in the pool area. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. Grills and smokers are provided for all residents and guests. Trash should be secured in bags and deposited in designated dumpsters. No flammable fluids, explosives, or hazardous materials are permitted in units. Common areas should not be obstructed with bikes, floats, or chairs. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed in community lots. Quiet hours are observed between 11 pm and 7 am. Situated in Golf Colony at Deerfield, this condo is centrally located in Surfside Beach, offering easy access to restaurants, shopping, and amenities. Three grocery stores, Target, and Walmart are within a 10-minute drive. Popular dining spots like The Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are nearby. The Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about 15 minutes south, and additional dining and shopping can be found at Market Common. Routine pest control treatment may be scheduled on the second Tuesday of each month, requiring technician access to the unit. Refusal of entry may result in a fine. Check-out is at 10 am. No smoking or pets are permitted inside the condo. A fine may be applied if entry is refused for pest control.
