The loft area provides a queen bed and a 40+ inch Roku TV with premium cable and streaming options. Enjoy views of the pool, grilling deck, and garden courtyard from the covered porch, which offers a small dining table and seating.
Paid linen service is available for an additional fee of $50 for your stay, which includes linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. Charcoal grills and smokers are available on the grilling deck.
Situated in the heart of Surfside Beach, this property is just 1.5 miles from the beach. Golf Colony at Deerfield offers a quieter, more family-friendly atmosphere compared to Myrtle Beach, while still providing close proximity to Surfside Beaches, Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, and the restaurants and attractions of Myrtle Beach. The property is conveniently located 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Gas-powered golf carts can be rented for local transportation during the day, but electric carts are not recommended due to a lack of charging stations. Public parking is available at the Surfside Beach Pier and other public beach access points.
No pets or smoking are allowed inside the condo. Routine pest control treatment may be scheduled during your stay, typically on the 2nd Monday of odd months. The pest control technician will knock before entering and will complete the treatment in a few minutes. A fine may be applied if entry is refused. A deep cleaning fee of $175 applies, which does not include linen service. The cleaning fee includes a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. Guests are advised to bring their own pool/beach towels and any other linens needed if they opt out of the paid linen service.
