Lease terms

-Utility Costs: Water and Heating are INCLUDED in the rent payment. In addition to the rent, tenants are responsible for covering the costs of electricity and internet. Please note that these costs are not included in the rent. -Rent: Due on the first of every month. First month's rent is due at the time of signing. -Maintenance: The tenant is responsible for maintaining the property as if it were their own, ensuring its upkeep and cleanliness throughout the lease term. At the end of the lease, the tenant is expected to return the property in the same condition as it was found at the beginning of the lease, excluding normal wear and tear. -Lease Term: The lease term for this property is available for a minimum of one year, with the option for multiple-year leases, providing flexibility for long-term tenants. -Security Deposit: The first month's rent and security deposit (equivalent to 1.5 times the monthly rent) are due at the time of signing the lease agreement. The security deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear to the property, appliances, cabinets, or carpets. At the end of the lease term, the security deposit will be returned to the tenant, less any deductions for necessary repairs or outstanding fees. The tenant agrees and personally guarantees that the security deposit will not be utilized as the final rent payment.The security deposit serves as a separate and distinct amount intended to cover any potential damages, outstanding fees, or other lease obligations. By signing the lease agreement, the tenant acknowledges and confirms that the security deposit is not to be used as a substitute for the last rent payment. -Pets: We currently have a no-pets policy in place. However, we understand that every situation is unique, and we are open to discussing individual circumstances regarding pets. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to further explore any potential accommodations. -Smoke-Free Environment: To maintain a clean and healthy living space, our condo strictly adheres to a smoke-free policy. Smoking is not allowed within the premises. -Ample Parking: Rest assured that parking will never be a hassle. Our condo provides ample parking spaces for residents and guests, ensuring convenience and ease.
