Lease terms

Pets accepted on a limited, case-by-case basis. $250 non-refundable pet deposit per pet if accepted. The utilities are not included in the monthly rent amount. Tenants will be responsible for monthly water, electricity/gas, Waste Management, and any other chosen utilities. Sewer fees will be paid by the property owner. Please be advised the cost to occupy is 1st Month's Rent ($2,500) + Security Deposit ($3,000) for a total of $5,500. Serious inquiries only. We are looking for a 2 year lease and ability to make the initial investment. Must have stable employment/income. If interested, please message to begin the application process. In the event we would like to move forward with a lease with you we will require a Background and Credit Check at tenant's expense. We use a company called SmartMove to do this check. This is approximately $48 per adult applicant. We will only ask you for this if we have approved your initial application. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted indoors. Cigarette, cigar, or other tobacco smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Tenant is responsible for any costs associated with smoke, odor, or related property damage. Property is currently occupied. Please do not disturb current tenants if you drive by.
