Lease terms

Tenant Requirements: 1881 N Campbell All tenants must agree to and comply with the following terms: Utilities & Services Tenant is responsible for placing and maintaining all utilities in their name, including: City utilities (water, sewer, electric, and/or gas as applicable) and trash service Renters Insurance: Tenant is required to maintain active renters insurance through Lemonade (or equivalent) for the duration of the lease. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to move-in and maintained at all times. Smoking Policy No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home, garage, or surrounding areas. Lawn & Property Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard and exterior in a clean, orderly, and well-kept manner, including: Regular mowing Trash/debris removal General upkeep to maintain curb appeal Payment Terms: Rent may be paid via approved electronic methods (Venmo, Cash App, or similar). A 3% processing fee applies to card or electronic payments. Alternative payment methods may be approved at landlord's discretion.
