The lease agreement is for twelve months. The only utility needed is power service, not included in the rent. Water is provided by a natural spring and stored in a holding tank. Periodic maintenance of the spring source is shared with one neighbor who has a separate holding tank that is filled from the same spring. The septic tank may need to be pumped out periodically, at tenant's expense. Maintenance of the access road (e.g. snow removal) is shared with two other neighbors. One small indoor pet may be considered with a separate Pet Deposit and signed Pet Agreement. Outdoor pets are o.k. provided they do not cause a problem for neighbors with excessive noise, threats to human safety, or other unacceptable behavior.
