Tenants and tenants' agent to verify all info on this listing. Email to the listing agent a lease application (TAR 2003) per adult over the age of 18 years. There is $55 fee per applicant. Verification of income, credit history, and background check will be required. Tenant is required to obtain and maintain a renter's insurance policy with a minimum of $300,000 in personal liability coverage throughout the lease term. Landlord must be listed as an 'Additional Interest' (or Interested Party) on the policy, and proof of insurance must be provided prior to move-in / key handover. All minor cosmetic and functional issues, including 1st and 2nd-floor drywall cracks and the upstairs guest closet door, will be fully repaired and completed prior to the tenant's move-in date after the current tenant's move-out.
