What to expect when you apply: We're looking for a responsible long-term tenant who will feel at home here and treat the property with care. To make sure we're a great fit on both sides, here's what our application process looks like: 12-month lease, available June 1st Rent is $1,900/month, tenants are responsible for all utilities (electric, water, internet) Security deposit and last month's rent due at signing Background, credit, and income verification required for all applicants 18+ Minimum credit score of 600 and a clean rental history Monthly income must exceed 3x the rent ($5,700+) from a verifiable source Positive landlord references for the past 5 years; no evictions or unpaid judgments Renter's insurance required (minimum $100K property / $300K liability very affordable and easy to get) Maximum occupancy: 2 persons No smoking on the property Pets considered on a case-by-case basis We cover HVAC maintenance and septic servicing, so you'll never have to worry about those If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
