Owner pays for garbage. Tenant pays for all other utilities including water and PGE. If allowed $500 additional deposit per pet. Tenant to pay $2000 at time of signing the lease in addition to the $2000 deposit. Tenant is responsible for upkeep of yard and landscaping including watering and mowing yards. Employment History - At least 2 years of steady employment is required. If current employment is less than, previous employment history is required. If self-employed, retired or Social Security please provide the last 4 months of bank statements along with 2 years of full tax returns. Rental History -2 years of recent Rental history and NO prior evictions as well as contact information for your rental references Income Requirements - The applicant's individual income, or the combined income for multiple applicants, must be equal to or greater than three (3) times the monthly rent. Income Verification: We require the following documents from each adult applicant - a copy of 2 months most recent pay stubs.
