      Key Lease Terms (more details in lease agreement): MOVE IN READY NOV 8 2024 LEASE DURATION: 12 months. Open to 18-20 months too. PETS: Two household pets allowed (negotiable, let's have a conversation). PARKING: 1 Parking Space - no fee. Designated Parking Spot: C4, Located Directly in front of 187 Pheasant Run. SMOKING: Smoking on the Premises is prohibited on the entire property. UTILITIES: The Landlord shall not pay for any of the utilities and services and will be the responsibility of the Tenant(s). NOISE/WASTE: The Tenant(s) agrees not to commit waste on the premises, maintain, or permit to be maintained, a nuisance thereon, or use, or permit the premises to be used, in an unlawful manner. The Tenant(s) further agrees to abide by any and all local, county, and State noise ordinances. MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, OR ALTERATIONS: The Tenant(s) shall, at their own expense and at all times, maintain premises in a clean and sanitary manner, and shall surrender the same at termination hereof, in as good condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
