Basic WiFi as owner provides, trash, quarterly pest control inside and outside, and landscaping are included. Tenant responsible for 1/2 of the electric bill (share meter with the cottage which pays the other 1/2 of bill), tenant pays a flat fee of $50 for water/sewer and all other utilities including obtaining and maintaining renters insurance.
