This rental is located approximately 1/4 mile south of San Ignacio Golf Course and 1 mile north of Canoa Ranch Golf Course. The rental is fully furnished. There is a TV in the lockout and a tv in the main unit bedroom and a tv in the living area of the main unit. This unit is overlooking the 10th hole and driving range of San Ignacio Golf Course. This is a seasonal rental and currently is reserved from Dec 15 2025 until April 15 2026. Contact me for availability and prices for off-season. Will consider renting for minimum of 3 days from May 1, 2025 until Dec 15th , 2025. The A unit has full kitchen, laundry, nice view, back patio, bbq, Wifi and Cox cable TV are available. Green Valley Social Centers are available to access with tenant card purchase. As December through March are the high demand months, those are the months that rental price is highest. Weekly rates until December 2026 are $700 per week. There is a studio lockout with mini frig, microwave, coffee pot, king size bed available for $600 week.
