The living room has a very comfy couch and additional seating positioned to allow you to enjoy the gas fireplace, HDTV, and those amazing views. Relax in the hot tub with sunset views over Sleeping Giant, or enjoy the newly updated clubhouse lounge area.
This condo features a private covered balcony with panoramic views and a reserved, covered parking spot. Shared amenities include an outdoor hot tub, a gas BBQ grill, a guest lounge, and coin laundry. Please note that shared amenities are managed by the HOA and may have seasonal availability.
The Ridgecrest condos are located right above Ski Time Square and Gondola Square. While you can walk downhill to the base area in the summer, the uphill return may require a taxi service like Uber, Lyft, or local Go Alpine. The walk to and from the base area includes sections without a sidewalk and a short, steep section, so it is not recommended in winter, with children, for those not in good physical condition, when icy, or if you have a car. Steamboat Ski Resort offers free parking at the Meadow and Knoll lots, which are convenient to this property and the Gondola.
Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property, positioned to cover all entrances and exits. This is a non-smoking property; violation of this policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for the costs of additional housekeeping or maintenance services if the home is left in a state of abnormal or excessive disorder. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly related to an adult over 30.
