This home is offered fully furnished with a preferred lease term of 12 months. Shorter furnished lease terms may be considered depending on availability, timing, tenant qualifications, and seasonality. Parking: The property includes a two-car garage, driveway parking for two vehicles, and additional street parking subject to local regulations. Vehicles may not block neighboring driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, or stop signs. Application, credit screening, background screening, income verification, and rental history review may be required prior to lease approval. This is an owner-managed property. Tenants work directly with the owner rather than a property management company. The owner lives locally and strives to be responsive and available to assist with questions, maintenance needs, or property-related concerns that may arise during the tenancy. Longer lease terms are welcome and may qualify for adjusted pricing.
