Carport parks 2 cars, plus a long driveway as additional parking. If driving by, please don't disturb tenant. The property is available to tour by appointment beginning March 5, 2025. Small pets are considered case-by-case and may require an additional deposit or monthly fee. 1 year lease preferred, 3 month minimum. All leases end on the last day of a month. Lease must end between February 28 and August 31. Leases may not end September to January.
