This apartment features two bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, a 40-inch smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and a 35-inch smart TV, along with its own private bathroom equipped with a stand-up shower. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure, featuring a dining table that seats four, complemented by four additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. The living room is furnished for relaxation, with comfortable seating and a 55-inch smart TV. Step outside to the screened porch, which overlooks the pool deck, complete with grilling and smoking areas, as well as outdoor dining spaces both poolside and near the grill. A deep cleaning fee of $200 applies, which does not include linen service. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths can be provided for an additional fee of $50 for your stay. A roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods are included with the cleaning fee. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you'll be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes. The property is also conveniently located just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Routine pest control treatment may be scheduled during your stay, typically on the 4th Thursday of the month. The pest control technician will knock before entering and will complete the treatment in a few minutes. Entry refusal may result in a fine. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Checkout is at 10 AM. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. Portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. No flammable fluids, explosive or flammable materials, or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. The property allows 2 parking spaces; all others must park in overflow parking next to the tennis courts on Auburn Lane. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners who live on the property year-round. IMPORTANT: Please be informed that routine pest control treatment MAYBE scheduled during your stay. The pest control technician, who is fully licensed and insured, will need access to your unit to perform the service. -This service typically occurs on the 4th Thursday of the month. The technician will knock before entering and will complete the treatment in just a few minutes. Your cooperation is essential, and we kindly ask that you allow the technician access to your unit. Please note that a fine may be applied if entry is refused. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
