Newly completed renovation available now. 1859 Vista Del Lago is a 750 sq. ft.… one bedroom, one bath stand alone guest house that over looks the Santa Margarita River Trail Preserve and surrounding valley. A key feature of the property is the panoramic views it provides from the kitchen, living room and patio areas. The property is located at the very end of a mile long dead end street so the neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. Access to the River Preserve is literally steps away. Past tenants have told us they absolutely love living here. The majority of the layout of this residence is dedicated to the kitchen \ living room area which features a cooking and eating island with a panoramic view of the east valley and opens up to a patio which is fenced off from the rest of the property. The walk in closet is large enough to accommodate a dresser and the bedroom measures approximately 10ft x 11ft. Other property features include off street parking for one vehicle , washer\dryer, cooktop\oven, dishwasher, refrigerator \ freezer, central A\C and heating, walk-in closet ( plus two other closets ), exterior low voltage lighting and your own mailing address and mailbox. The property does not offer any external storage. Water, trash service and landscaping are provided by the landlord. Tenant is responsible for electricity and internet. The main house on the property is occupied by the owners - a retired couple. We require a one year lease, security deposit equal to one months rent , minimum credit score of 720 and verifiable gross income of 2.5 times rent. We also require satisfactory rental history and no prior evictions or unpaid landlord balances. No smoking or pets.
